Meet the owner of Brow Down Beauty, Dea Richter. Originally from Montanna now claiming the Twin Cities as home for over eight years! Dea’s has been serving clients for over 11 years. Priding herself with experience on working with a wide variety of clients with different skin types and aesthetic needs. When not serving her clients Dea spends time enjoying time with her fur children Walter her dog and Bill her cat and enjoying live music venues around the metro area!
